Job summary

Hero MotoCorp is seeking a Line Incharge-GB in Quality. You will close KD complaints, oversee export vehicle and part packaging, and drive improvement projects across the QA function.

The role involves analyzing KD issues from global markets and coordinating with the global market team to ensure timely resolutions, audits, and compliant packaging for SKD/CKD/CBU variants. You should have a Btech or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Production and strong knowledge of TPM, TQM, QA systems, and ISO

Qualifications

• Btech/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Production.
• Knowledge of TPM, TQM, Quality Planning, ISO 9001 and related quality tools.
• Experience in handling quality processes and audits.

Responsibilities

• Close Knock Down (KD) complaints and ensure timely closures.
• Package export vehicles and associated parts for global shipments.
• Lead and drive improvement projects across the QA function.
• Analyze KD complaints from global markets and coordinate with global market team for resolution.

• 2. Export Vehicle & Part Packaging
• 3. Improvement Projects

A Day in the life

You will work on day-to-day on following-

• 1.Analysis of the KD complaints raised by global countries
• 2.Raising the necessary queries and details required from the global market team
• 3. Timely resolution of the knockdown complaints
• 4. Conduct essential audits and perform them in accordance with the requirements of the country during packaging for SKD, CKD & CBU

Academic Qualification & Experience

• 1. Btech/Diploma (Mechanical/Automobile/Production)

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• 1. Knowledge of TPM, TQM, Quality Planning, Policy Deployment, Quality Systems (QC Tools, Why – Why Analysis, ISO 9001 etc.)
