Job summary

Total Automation Solutions (TAS) is a global automation solutions provider delivering Industrial IoT, MES and Industry 4.0 services across Oil & Gas, Smart Manufacturing and Energy sectors. The role covers installation, configuration, and integration of SampleManager and Integration Manager, with strong emphasis on reporting, incident and problem management.

The candidate will handle L2 support, develop modules, and work with SQL/InfoMaker for data-driven insights, ensuring timely delivery

Qualifications

• Experience with SampleManager and Integration Manager modules.
• Hands-on SQL database knowledge for reporting.
• Experience with incident/change/problem management and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Work on SampleManager and Integration Manager installations, upgrades, and support.
• Configure SampleManager using explorer folders, forms, reports, and workflows.
• Integrate information systems and laboratory instruments via LES or Integration Manager.
• Provide L2 level application support and maintenance.
• Perform incident, change, and problem management and root cause analysis.
• Create monitoring scripts (VBL) to track services, CPU, memory, and interfaces.
• Support remote creation and modification of reports using InfoMaker reporting tool.
• Use SQL databases for shipping and production reporting.
• Apply statistical quality control to support lab operations.

Job Description

• -Work on SampleManager and Integration Manager, includingsoftware installation, new module development, upgrades, andsupport.
