Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Technical Lead for SampleManager LIMS to drive implementation, customization, and integration projects in Bengaluru. You will lead delivery teams, collaborate with clients and business users, and design scalable laboratory informatics solutions to meet regulatory requirements.

You will mentor engineers, participate in design reviews, ensure quality and timely delivery, and manage the SDLC from specification through deployment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in SampleManager LIMS implementation, development, and support.
• Hands-on configuration, customization, and integration of SampleManager LIMS.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams in SampleManager LIMS implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and recommend optimal technical solutions.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare requirement specification documents.
• Design, develop, configure, customize, and implement SampleManager LIMS solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery while adhering to standards, quality processes, and SOPs.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams.
• Participate in solution design reviews, code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Manage the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support.
