Job summary

Total Automation Solutions (TAS) invites aspiring automation engineers to join our global teams. You will contribute to industrial digitization efforts, working with open Modbus, Profinet, and TCP/IP protocols while applying PLC programming and ladder logic skills to real-world projects.

You will engage with SCADA architectures, study P&ID diagrams, and support documentation and day-to-day project tasks in a collaborative environment. Mumbai and Pune-based opportunities may be available.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply basic communication protocols (Open Modbus, TCP/IP, Profinet, Serial) in projects.
• Assist in PLC programming tasks and ladder logic development.
• Support SCADA system architecture understanding and documentation.
• Interpret P&ID diagrams and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation.
• Provide day-to-day support and documentation for ongoing projects.

Job Description

• Basic understanding of communication protocols (Open Modbus, TCP/IP, Profinet, Serial).
  
• Familiarity with PLC programming and ladder logic.
  
• Knowledge of SCADA systems and their architecture.
  
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols.
  
• Basic understanding of process control instruments, sensors, and actuators.
  
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and P&ID diagrams.
  
• Ability to analyse and understand technical drawings, including Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), to
  
• ensure accurate implementation in projects.
  
• Support the team in day-to-day activities and documentation tasks.
