Job summary

H&B Hr Solutions invites applications for a Delhi-based Mortgage Legal Counsel role. You will review title searches, draft and standardize mortgage security documents, and coordinate with counsels to manage legal risk and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in banks, NBFCs or lending institutions, with strong property-law knowledge including Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act and Registration Act, plus Bar admission in India.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in banks, NBFCs, financial institutions or lending companies.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act and Registration Act.
• Hands-on experience in mortgage legal matters, title diligence and collateral verification.
• Additional certifications in financial law or fintech regulations will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve Title Search Reports for mortgage properties and ensure legal due diligence.
