Job summary

Janasha Finance Private Limited invites applications for the Manager Business Legal role at its Noida sector 16 location. The incumbent will oversee title searches, mortgage documentation (LAP and Micro-LAP) and ensure legal clearances across branches, while coordinating with panel advocates and external lawyers.

The role requires non-litigation experience (5-7 years), strong communication, detail orientation, and robust data management.

Responsibilities

• Title search and mortgage documentation (LAP and Micro-LAP) responsibilities.
• Manage legal clearances for properties across branches.
• Follow up on legal matters with panel advocates.
• Vendor management and contract vetting.
• Draft RM deeds, indemnity bonds, affidavits, etc.
• Provide internal legal opinions and vetting reports for the north region.
• Liaise with external lawyers and support internal teams.
• Prepare internal legal reports and circulate to Credit & Sales teams.

Primary Functions & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Title search and Mortgage documentation (LAP and Micro-LAP)
2. Taking care of Entire branches towards legal clearance for the property
3. Follow up the legal matters with the panel advocates.
4. Vendor management
5. Drafting RM deed, indemnity Bond, Affidavit etc
6. Handling Internal Legal Opinion and vetting reports of entire North.
7. Provided support to internal team, including liaising with external lawyers
8. Legal papers check after the mail received from Login Desk @Login stage
9. Prepare Internal Legal report and mail to the Concerned Credit & Sales team.
10. Preparation for Acknowledgement for Original PP submission to Axis Trustee and submit the Original PP to Axis
trustee, upload Acknowledgments on Google Drive and update the MIS.
11. Legal training given to New Joiners after HR confirmation on mail.
12. MIS for Legal Initiation, Search & Hard Copy updation
13. Receiving original PP to sales team on mail with pendancies where legal team forwards verified original documents to
the sales team via E-Mail
