Job summary

Kia India is seeking an in-house counsel with strong litigation and contract management skills. The role requires coordinating with external counsels, providing day-to-day legal opinions on regulatory and commercial matters, and supporting Sales and Marketing issues for a manufacturing company.

Travel and relocation may be required across India. Fluency in English and Hindi, self-motivation, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Litigation – Consumer; Property; Recovery etc.
• External Lawyers – Coordination with external counsels
• Case Management – Management Reporting; Feedback from concerned business teams
• Contract Management - Drafting; Reviewing and Negotiating Contracts
• Well versed in laws and regulations and able to tender opinion/advice on day to day basis, preferably Sales and Marketing issues of manufacturing company
• Self-motivated and willing to take on additional responsibilities
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Willing to travel on short notice
• Willing to relocate to any part in India, if required
• Experience in Automotive sector as in house counsel is preferable
