You will oversee contracts, regulatory compliance, and litigation strategy, ensuring protection of corporate interests while guiding legal risk across the organization.

Qualifications

• LLB / BL degree from a recognized university.
• 10–15 years total experience in legal functions.
• Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role within a listed company or large organization.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, automotive, or engineering sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to the Managing Director and Board on business matters, commercial transactions, IP protection, and regulatory issues.
• Lead and manage litigation strategy across civil, criminal, arbitration, labour, and regulatory forums.
• Draft, review, and negotiate high-value commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and technology licensing agreements.
• Own end-to-end contract lifecycle and protect company interests and risk exposure.
