Job summary

ETP Group in Mumbai seeks an experienced Legal Contracts Analyst to review Sales Contracts, NDAs and other agreements, ensuring accuracy and risk mitigation. You will coordinate digital signature workflows, maintain a centralized repository, and support the Legal team with drafting, templates, and ad-hoc research.

The role requires 3–4 years in IT/software or technology product companies; LLB degree; strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills; MS Office and Google Workspace

Qualifications

• LLB degree from a recognized university.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in contract review/legal operations.
• Good understanding of commercial contracts, NDAs, and general corporate legal documentation.
• Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing contract repositories and tracking timelines.
• Good communication with internal teams (Sales, Commercial, Finance, Procurement) and external parties.
• Experience with digital signature platforms (DocuSign, Adobe Sign) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review Sales Contracts, NDAs, and related agreements with customers, prospects, partners, suppliers, contractors and employees.
• Monitor and coordinate the digital signature process for Sales Contracts and NDAs.
• Maintain and organize the Sales Contracts repository for easy retrieval.

The candidate will have 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an IT / Software product company, and will be responsible for reviewing sales contracts, agreements, and NDAs, and supporting the organization's broader legal and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Sales Contracts, Agreements, and NDAs executed with customers, prospects, partners, suppliers, contractors and employees.
• Monitor and coordinate the digital signature process for Sales Contracts, ensuring timely execution and completion.
• Maintain and organize the Sales Contracts repository, ensuring all executed agreements are accurately filed, indexed, and easily retrievable.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Commercial, Finance, Purchase/Procurement) to gather inputs and close out contract review cycles within agreed timelines.
• Identify and flag non-standard or high-risk clauses in agreements for escalation to seniors/reporting manager.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating standard templates for Sales Agreements, NDAs, Partner Agreements and other commonly used agreements.
• Work on and stay updated on other legal requirements of the company, including corporate documentation, and policy updates, as assigned.
• Support the Legal team in ad-hoc legal research, documentation, and administrative tasks as required.

The Job responsibilities of the candidate shall include but not limited to the Job Description & to perform any other tasks/functions as required by the Company.

Requirements:

• LLB degree from a recognized university.

• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams (Sales, Commercial, Finance, Procurement) and external parties.
• Working knowledge of digital signature/e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign) is
• preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google workspace.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
