• Review and draft commercial agreements, confidentiality documents and other business documentation within the assigned scope.
• Research legal and regulatory questions using reliable sources, identifying material assumptions and unresolved issues.
• Prepare issue notes, document comments and practical options for review by the responsible professional.
• Support corporate and transaction documentation by coordinating relevant facts with CA, CS and delivery teams.
• Organise matter files, version history, supporting records and follow-up actions.
• Participate in client discussions and communicate legal considerations in clear language.
• Escalate contentious, specialist or representation matters that require separately defined professional involvement.

Work will be assigned according to professional eligibility, experience and the scope of the engagement.

Your responsibilities

What you bring

• A law qualification such as an LLB and relevant experience in contracts, corporate legal work or business advisory.

• Relevant enrolment or professional authorisation where the assigned work requires it.
