Job summary

Promaynov Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi seeks a fresh LLB graduate to join our legal team as an associate. You will review contracts, draft agreements including NDAs, service and vendor agreements, and advise on compliance and risk, with focus on contract law, company law and arbitration.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong English communication, and a proactive willingness to learn. Open to 0-1 years of experience; on-site location in Delhi.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviewing contracts to prevent disputes and financial risks after understanding business needs.
• Drafting agreements including NDAs, service, vendor, procurement, SAAS, franchise agreements, addendums and amendments.
• Analyzing clauses, stipulations, obligations and liabilities and recommending changes.
• Ensuring contract terms comply with legal requirements and policies.
• Advising internal departments on contractual obligations.
• Handling labour law compliances and related advisory.
• Documenting processes and maintaining files.
• Conducting departmental visits.

• Drafting agreements including without limitation NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, raw material procurement agreements, SAAS agreements, franchise agreements, addendums, amendment agreements etc.

Requirements

• Open to work in other legal matters as well.
• LLB graduate with 0-1 years of experience with law firms or as in-house legal counsel.
• Should be detail oriented and precise.
• Knowledge of contract law, company law and arbitration is a must.
• General legal advisory and all other ancillary activities.
• Good command over English language and working knowledge of computers/ internet is a must.
• Pro-activeness and willingness to learn is a must.
