Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize contracts, NDAs, and MOUs.
• Support corporate, commercial, regulatory matters.
• Manage contract lifecycle, filings, and compliance records.
• Identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks.
• Coordinate with external lawyers, law firms and authorities.
• Support litigation, disputes and notices.
• Maintain records for contracts and litigation.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, NDAs, MOUs, vendor/service agreements, and commercial agreements.
• Provide legal support on corporate, commercial, contractual, and regulatory matters.
• Manage contract lifecycle, compliance, legal documentation, notices, and filings.
• Identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks.
• Coordinate with external lawyers, law firms, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Support litigation, disputes, arbitration, and legal notices.
• Maintain contract, compliance, and litigation records.
• Work with Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• LLB / LLM with 2 to 5 years of relevant corporate legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, corporate law, Companies Act, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple legal matters and stakeholders.
