Signzy, Bengaluru, India, is seeking a qualified legal professional to handle contract review and execution, dispute resolution, and support for M&A transactions. You will partner with business teams, offer practical advice, and own matters through to closure.

The role focuses on drafting and finalizing commercial agreements, mitigating contractual risks, and improving templates and processes for timely decisions. Strong communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• LL.B. degree with 5–8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an in-house role or a law firm with a strong commercial practice.
• Strong experience in commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Experience handling customer disputes and working with business stakeholders to resolve them.
• Exposure to M&A transactions and legal due diligence.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple matters independently.
• Company Secretary (CS) qualification will be an added advantage.
