Legodesk is a legal-powered recovery platform serving Indian lenders, including banks, NBFCs, fintechs and ARCs. The role focuses on owning recovery outcomes and coordinating between clients and a network of advocates to move cases from notice to filing and eventual recovery.

You will manage a portfolio of NBFC/fintech clients, drive legal strategy, oversee the advocate network, and ensure timely MIS reporting and billing accuracy.

Formación

• 5–8 years in collections, legal recovery or portfolio management at a bank, NBFC, ARC, fintech or collection agency.
• A record of managing external agencies or advocates against recovery targets.
• Comfort with client-facing reviews and escalations.
• Strong data skills; read portfolio MIS, roll rates and recovery trends.

Responsabilidades

• Own legal recovery performance for NBFC/fintech clients: case progress, recovery rates, turnaround times.
• Plan legal strategy per portfolio with the client, choosing between notice, Section 138, arbitration, suit or execution.
• Drive the advocate network on delivery: filing timelines, hearing attendance and order updates. Escalate non-performance.
• Run monthly client reviews with MIS and recovery reporting, and handle client escalations.
• Track Legodesk's billing and collection of fees from clients, and close the gap on unpaid invoices.
• Find opportunities to grow existing accounts: new case types, new geographies, higher volumes.
• Ensure compliance with the RBI Fair Practices Code and client recovery-conduct guidelines.

Legodesk is legal-powered recovery infrastructure for Indian lenders: banks, NBFCs, fintechs and ARCs.

We run our clients' end-to-end legal recovery workflow. That covers legal notices, execution proceedings, suit filing, arbitration, Section 138 cases, insolvency and consumer matters. The work is delivered through our technology platform and a network of partner advocates across India.

We are profitable, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified, CERT-In empanelled, and incubated at IIM Bangalore's NSRCEL.

Legal Background - Not Required

If you have managed external partners who don't report to you, we want to hear from you. Examples include field agents, collection agencies, delivery or logistics partners, distributors, franchisees, freelancers or empanelled vendors. We will teach you the legal process.

The role:
