Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd. seeks a Leasing Specialist (Logistics Warehouse) based in Pune, India.

The role focuses on maximizing rental income and occupancy across the logistics properties in the India portfolio, with emphasis on strategic leasing and tenant relations. The candidate will lead development of leasing strategies, secure new tenancies, and manage renewals, supported by market research and detailed budget planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Building Management, or Marketing.
• 10 to 12 years of experience in marketing and leasing.
• 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong network within the real estate industry.

Responsabilités

• Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of logistics properties.
• Designing business development strategy, securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals.
• Managing tenancy-related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and budgeting.
• Enhancing tenant experience through proactive customer service and query resolution.
• Conducting market research on competitors, vacancy, absorptions, and market rentals.
• Preparing property-specific annual rental budgets and monthly management reporting.
• Improving the efficiency of Lease management processes.

Leasing Specialist (Logistics Warehouse) (Based in Pune, India)

This position will be based in Pune and be responsible to formulate and implement strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the logistics properties within the Company’s India portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

• Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company's logistics portfolios
• Designing business development strategy, securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and leveraging on professional network with property agents
• Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting
• Enhance tenant experience by assuming key role of customer service for tenants to ensure prompt resolution of their queries
• Conducting market research of competitors, market specific leasing indicators including vacancy, absorptions, demand and benchmarkings of market rentals
• Responsible for preparing property specific annual rental budget and rental forecast as well as the monthly management reporting
• Enhance efficiency of Lease management’s process(es)

Job Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Building Management, Business (Marketing)
• 10 to 12 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing including 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
• Strong command of English, strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills
