What would you do

The Learning Admin is responsible for end-to-end learning administration and scheduling support for Learning & Development programs. The role ensures accurate coordination of training schedules, LMS administration, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. This position acts as a subject matter expert in learning operations, supporting smooth delivery of learning programs while maintaining compliance, quality, and data accuracy.

What are we looking for

• Relevant years of experience in Learning Administration, Scheduling, or Learning Operations.


• Prior experience in a shared services, L&D, HR operations, or service delivery environment preferred.


• Exposure to LMS platforms is mandatory.Exposure of working with Australian client in airline sector.


• Bachelors degree (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent).


• Must be open to Australian shift timings:(9 am to 5 pm) Australian time


• Strong understanding of Learning Administration and Scheduling processes.
