Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an experienced Learning Manager to lead our HR learning programs in Kerala, India. You will drive departmental efficiency and ensure alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards.

You will meet employee, guest, and owner expectations, and ensure the smooth running of the HR department within the HR Division. A university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management is required, with a minimum of two years’

• University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as a Learning Manager or Assistant Learning Manager in a larger operation.
• Good presentation, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
