Job summary

Macquarie is seeking a Learning Experience Designer in Gurugram to partner with L&D teams and stakeholders to identify capability needs and translate requirements into learner-centred solutions.

You will design and develop blended learning across digital learning, virtual sessions, microlearning, videos, simulations, assessments, and job aids using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe Creative Cloud, creating storyboards, scripts, and facilitator guides.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning experience design and digital learning development.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, plus Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong skills in multimedia, interaction design, responsive learning, and assessments.
• Solid understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and agile/iterative approaches.

Job Summary

The role focuses on partnering with L&D teams, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to identify capability needs and design effective, learner-centred solutions. This includes translating business requirements into learning objectives, learner journeys, project plans, and delivery timelines. The individual will design and develop blended learning solutions across digital learning, virtual sessions, microlearning, videos, simulations, assessments, and job aids, using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe Creative Cloud. They will also create supporting materials including storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, and learner resources.
