TaskUs in Mumbai seeks a Learning Experience Consultant/Designer to map requirements, plan training strategies, and execute content development for dynamic client projects. You will design instructor-led and digital materials, create assessments, and support validation sessions to ensure quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, delivering ADA-compliant, scalable training, and mentoring colleagues in a fast-paced tech environment.

You are also able to balance the needs of your customers against operational targets while at the same time providing world-class service and satisfaction.Role Accountability and Performance Requirements**Responsibilities:*** Meet with Subject-Matter Experts to conduct Front End Analysis/Task Analyses and document content-specific knowledge to support training development* Determine the level of effort required for all aspects of development* Design and develop all training content (instructor slides, handbooks, scripts, storyboards, web-based training decks, interactivity modules, quizzes, activities, etc.)* Create assessments per the defined assessment strategy* Supports facilitation of answer validation sessions for fully defensible and aligned assessments as directed by the Training Program Manager* Review training content created by other team members* Assist with onboarding and upskilling new Learning Experience Consultants* Develop SMART Learning Objectives* Peer to Peer mentorship and upskilling**Role Requirements**Required and Preferred Qualifications Below:Must haves:* BA/BS degree in Learning Development, Instructional Design, Education, or equivalent practical experience.* At least 5 years of Instructional Design/ Curriculum development experience.* At least 3 years of experience reviewing the work of others for quality and consistency.* At least 2 years proven excellence in developing fully ADA-compliant training deliverables.* At least 2 years experience using e-learning tools (i.e. Articulate, Captivate) to create training content.* Experience working with fast-paced cutting-edge technologies* Strong organizational skills.* Experience with documentation, technical writing, and narrative scripting.* Tolerance and enthusiasm for working with ambiguity and change.* Experience with e-learning authoring software; i.e. Articulate storyline, Evolve for course development.* Experience in corporate educationNice to haves:* Experience identifying training needs, defining, and building scalable training solutions to address the needs of a diverse international audience.* Experience migrating training courses into Cornerstone or other LMS.* Solid experience planning for and managing several large-scale, complex training projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to deliver quality training materials within deadlines; excellent relationship-building, collaboration, consultation, and influencing skills.* A team player with a positive attitude; excellent written and oral business communication and people skills.* Video editing such as Premiere, Finalcut, Camtasia, etc.* Learning Management System - Cornerstone LMS.* SQL queries and visualization of key performance metrics.* Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, Buganizer, Guts in assessments, support, and QA.
