Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Consultant/Designer in Navi Mumbai to architect and deliver training programs for diverse global clients. You will map requirements, plan solutions, and execute strategies that impact project outcomes.

You will partner with SMEs, design engaging content, and develop assessments and objectives to drive measurable results. You will contribute to onboarding and upskilling initiatives, balance customer needs with operational targets, and deliver world-class

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Learning Development, Instructional Design, Education, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years in Instructional Design or curriculum development.
• Experience reviewing others' work for quality and consistency.
• Proven ability to develop ADA-compliant training deliverables.
• Experience using e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate) for content creation.
• Experience with fast-paced technologies and documentation writing.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Subject-Matter Experts to conduct analysis and document knowledge for training development.
• Determine level of effort for all development aspects.
• Design and develop training content (slides, manuals, scripts, storyboards, web-based modules).
• Create assessments per defined strategy.
• Support facilitation of validation sessions for defensible assessments as directed by the Training Program Manager.
• Review content created by others.
• Assist onboarding and upskilling of new Learning Experience Consultants.
• Develop SMART Learning Objectives.
• Engage in peer mentorship and upskilling.

Learning Experience Consultant/Designer

Role Accountability and Performance Requirements Responsibilities

• Meet with Subject-Matter Experts to conduct Front End Analysis/Task Analyses and document content-specific knowledge to support training development
• Determine the level of effort required for all aspects of development
• Design and develop all training content (instructor slides, handbooks, scripts, storyboards, web-based training decks, interactivity modules, quizzes, activities, etc.)
• Create assessments per the defined assessment strategy
• Supports facilitation of answer validation sessions for fully defensible and aligned assessments as directed by the Training Program Manager
• Review training content created by other team members
• Assist with onboarding and upskilling new Learning Experience Consultants
• Develop SMART Learning Objectives
• Peer to Peer mentorship and upskilling

Role Requirements Required and Preferred Qualifications Below

• Must haves: BA/BS degree in Learning Development, Instructional Design, Education, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of Instructional Design/ Curriculum development experience.
• At least 3 years of experience reviewing the work of others for quality and consistency.
• At least 2 years proven excellence in developing fully ADA-compliant training deliverables.
• At least 2 years experience using e-learning tools (i.e. Articulate, Captivate) to create training content.
• Experience working with fast-paced cutting-edge technologies
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience with documentation, technical writing, and narrative scripting.
• Tolerance and enthusiasm for working with ambiguity and change.
• Experience with e-learning authoring software; i.e. Articulate storyline, Evolve for course development.
• Experience in corporate education

Nice to haves:

• Experience identifying training needs, defining, and building scalable training solutions to address the needs of a diverse international audience.
• Experience migrating training courses into Cornerstone or other LMS.
• Solid experience planning for and managing several large-scale, complex training projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to deliver quality training materials within deadlines; excellent relationship-building, collaboration, consultation, and influencing skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude; excellent written and oral business communication and people skills.
• Video editing such as Premiere, Finalcut, Camtasia, etc.
• Learning Management System - Cornerstone LMS.
• SQL queries and visualization of key performance metrics.
• Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, Buganizer, Guts in assessments, support, and QA.
