Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Training Specialist in Indore to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for fintech-focused initiatives. You will create engaging curricula, deliver end-user and partner training, and ensure alignment with enterprise needs while maintaining a positive learning environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in training within FinTech, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage projects and schedules in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of working experience in the related field (training specifically in FinTech domain).
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft and Google applications.
• Can communicate well both orally and in written.
• Has presentation and class facilitation skills.
• Creative enough to engage an audience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and expand training and development programs.
• Ensure that Foundation Skills Training is aligned with Product Specific Training methodologies and initiatives.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training which includes curriculum, training, and exams, for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement.
• Deliver preparatory training that is sufficiently technical, covering the basic skill requirements as identified by enterprise needs.
• Deliver projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
• Continuously improve the training programs and the other learning opportunities across the organization.
• Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes occurring in the work environment.
• Act as the content expert and maintain relevant training documents and training materials for training conducted.
• Develop effective induction programs.
• Monitor and review the progress of the trainees through questionnaires and discuss with the managers.
• Ensure that statutory training requirements are met.
• Have an understanding of E-learning techniques, and be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages where relevant.
• Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
• Ensure that all trainees adhere to the company's Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field (training specifically in FinTech domain) along with minimum qualification as a college or vocational school graduate.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft and Google applications.
• Can communicate well both orally and in written.
• Has presentation and class facilitation skills.
• Creative enough to engage an audience.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict management and mentoring skills.
• Can work in a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and long hours.
• High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style.
• Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem-resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
