Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Learning Experience Design & Dev Analyst to craft learning content across digital, ILT, vILT, and video formats aligned with design specifications and objectives.

The role collaborates with instructional designers, graphics and technology teams under moderate supervision to deliver effective learning assets that support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline is required.
• Strong writing and editing skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop storyboards and learning content for eLearning, ILT, vILT and video based training assets.
• Write and edit learning content to support defined learning objectives and detailed designs.
• Develop virtual learning assets using approved authoring tools and templates.
• Review own deliverables for quality, accuracy, instructional compliance and completeness before submission.
• Revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers, escalating discrepancies when required.
• Collaborate with peers, graphics and technology teams to deliver integrated learning solutions
• Report progress and status to Instructional Design Leads on a regular basis
• Receive and action feedback related to deliverables and performance

What would you do?

• The Learning and Development Content Analyst is responsible for developing learning content based on detailed design specifications and established instructional standards. The role supports the creation of effective learning assets across digital, virtual and instructor led formats, ensuring content accuracy, consistency and alignment with learning objectives.
• This role works under moderate supervision and collaborates closely with instructional designers, graphics and technology teams.
• Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals.

What are we looking for?

• Primary skill - Learning Delivery Instruction
• Graduate in any discipline
• Preferred degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Cognitive Psychology, English, Technical Writing, Communications or related field
• Shift Timings
• Must be flexible with respect to shift timings

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Knowledge Skills Requirements
• Strong content writing and editing skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency
• Ability to work with moderate supervision from Lead or Manager
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Exposure to at least one instructional approach such as eLearning, instructor led learning or virtual training
• Preferred exposure to authoring tools such as Articulate or Claroflow
• Preferred awareness of learning methodologies such as ADDIE, Gagne and adult learning principles
