Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Talent Development - Instruction Design professional to design learning strategies, curricula, and materials aligned to business needs, and to develop e-learning and ILT content.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver modern learning solutions using Articulate and other tools, ensuring high-quality content and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; preferred instructional design/related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in learning industry or content writing.
• Strong content writing skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Able to work with moderate supervision from Lead/Manager.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
• Exposure to at least one instructional approach (web-based, instructor-led, or VILT).
• Knowledge of Articulate suite or Claroflow is preferred.
• Experience writing/designing training for global corporate audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop storyboards for learning assets such as eLearning, ILT, videos etc. adhering to project standards.
• Write or edit training content to support learning goals and objectives.
• Develop virtual trainings using authoring tools such as Articulate, Claroflow etc.
• Review deliverables for completeness, standards, functionality and consistency with design.
• Collaborate with Graphics and Tech teams via professional channels to build relationships.
• Review and revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers; raise issues to supervisor.
• Report status to Instructional Design Leads daily.
• Receive and act on feedback related to deliverables and performance.

What would you do?

• Design and implement instructional strategies, curricula, and learning materials that align to business needs.
• Develop and maintain e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning resources.
• Demonstrated knowledge of innovative learning tools and products, ensuring the use of the latest technologies to deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals.

What are we looking for?

• Education: Graduate in any discipline - prefer degree in Instructional Design, Cognitive Psychology, English, Technical Writing, Communications, related field or equivalent experience.
• Work Experience: Require content writing or practical industry experience. Minimum 2-4 years. working experience preferably in the learning industry.
• Required: Strong content writing skills
• Required: Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Required: Attention to detail to ensure quality
• Required: Able to work with moderate supervision from the Lead/Manager
• Required: Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word and PowerPoint)
• Required: Exposure to at least one instructional approach (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training)
• Preferred: Knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate suite, Claroflow etc.
• Preferred: Exposure to learning methodologies such as Gagne, ADDIE, and adult learning theories
• Preferred: Exposure to writing or designing training for global, corporate audience

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop storyboards for learning assets such as eLearning, instructor-led, videos etc. adhering to project specific standards and tools.
• Write or edit training content to support the overall learning goals and objectives.
• Develop virtual trainings using authoring tools such as Articulate, Claroflow etc.
• Review your own deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, functionality, and consistency with the detailed design prior to sending to supervisor for review.
• Collaborate with peers and other teams such as Graphics team, Tech teams. via professional communication channels to build relationships.
• Review and revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers or stakeholders, raise content discrepancy issues to supervisor as needed.
• Report status to Instructional Design Leads daily.
• Receive and action feedback related to deliverables and own performance.
