Job summary

Accenture in Mumbai, India is seeking a Learning Exp Design & Dev Senior Analyst within Talent Development to create training assets including instructor-led training, simulations and web-based learning. You will design learning solutions using prescribed tools, aligned with CDC processes, budgets and milestones.

You should have 5–8 years of experience, a graduation, and knowledge of instructional design techniques, adult learning theory, and web-based development tools.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills with editorial requirements, grammar and instructional design of materials.

What would you do?

• The Instructional Design Senior Analyst develops training solutions using prescribed tools and according to CDC process, quality, budget, and milestone standards. They have the primary purpose of developing training assets (including but not limited to instructor-led training, performance simulation and virtual-web-based training) based on high-level design specifications.
• Talent Development Instruction Design
  • Knowledge of instructional design techniques, adult learning theory, and web based development tools
  • Strong written communication skills working knowledge of editorial requirementsgrammar and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality

What are we looking for?

• BA BS Prefer degree in Instructional Design, Cognitive Psychology, English, Technical Writing, Communications, related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing training assets including technical writing and or instructional design
