The ideal candidate holds a postgraduate degree in Social Sciences / Humanities / Psychology / Social Work / Arts and demonstrates strong coaching, feedback delivery and industry-relevant resume guidance

Qualifications

• Post graduate degree in social sciences or humanities or related fields.
• Experience or training in soft skills delivery is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Impart soft skills training to Amrita students across schools.
• Facilitate campus-to-corporate transition and interview prep.
• Develop and deliver modules on communication, presentation and body language.
• Conduct group discussions, GDs, and interpersonal skills sessions.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring for student development.
• Support students in resume preparation and placement activities.
• Conduct targeted training for industry placement and careers.
• Update training content in line with university requirements.
• Coordinate with Career Competency Development leadership for feedback.

• 3. She/he is to obtain industry feedback through General Manager-Career Competency Development, from time to time and accordingly review / modify the current training & development programme, related to her/his areas of training.
• 4. Be updated with different university related accreditation requirements coming under the purview of the CIR learning and development activities.
