Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and people leadership to a team of professional skills development faculty.
• Act as a trusted learning advisor to Business Unit and teams.
• Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of enterprise level professional skills and leadership development programs.
• Personally facilitate and deliver advanced learning interventions for senior professionals, managers, and leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and relevance of professional skills offerings in line with evolving business needs.
• Ensure measurable business impact and high learner engagement across all programs.
