Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru seeks a senior leader to provide strategic and people leadership to a team of professional skills development faculty. You will act as a trusted learning advisor to Business Units and teams, and lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of enterprise-level professional skills and leadership development programs.

You will personally facilitate and deliver advanced learning interventions for senior professionals, managers, and leaders, drive continuous improvement,
