Job summary

Flexiple partners with a hotel group to hire a Learning and Development Manager who will standardise training across twelve properties. This remote role in India requires designing a unified onboarding and service-training curriculum for front-office, F&B and housekeeping teams, plus leadership programmes for managers.

You will travel to properties to rollout training, gather feedback, and track metrics, while managing external training vendors and the annual learning calendar and budget.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in learning and development, ideally in hospitality or a service-heavy industry.
• Experience designing training that works across multiple locations.
• Comfort with regular travel to properties.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR or hospitality management.
• Familiarity with mystery-guest or service-audit programmes tied to training outcomes.

What we expect you to bring
