Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
• Oversee the audit platform to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Design, develop, and conduct central training programs for team members.
• Identify training needs and develop strategies to promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with department heads to tailor training programs to their requirements.
• Track and measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Travel across India to conduct training sessions, audits, and workshops.
