Job summary

Hash Agile Technologies is seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to lead our training initiatives and ensure the team stays skilled and motivated in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

The role involves designing and implementing an end-to-end L&D strategy, maintaining a skill matrix, coordinating programs, and tracking onboarding and upskilling efforts across engineering and service teams in Coimbatore. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in a Learning and Development role.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing L&D strategies, ideally for technical or engineering teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs and track progress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team leads, HR, and employees at all levels.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals and technology focus areas.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to lead our L&D initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring our team members remain skilled, motivated, and aligned with the latest advancements in our field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and technological focus areas (AI, ML, data analytics, full-stack engineering etc).


• Maintain a detailed skill matrix of all employees to track current competencies and identify gaps.


• Design and coordinate training programs, workshops, and upskilling initiatives for both new and tenured employees.


• Monitor ongoing learning plans, ensuring that team members on the bench remain engaged and those on long-term projects have opportunities to refresh and expand their skills.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for understanding the L&D landscape within the company, including tracking all training plans, onboarding programs, and other learning initiatives.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a Learning and Development role, ideally within a service-based organization.


• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful L&D strategies, ideally for technical or engineering teams.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs and track progress effectively.
