Lumax Industries is seeking an Learning & Development Manager to plan, implement and oversee all learning activities within the organization. The role involves designing training programs aligned to roles and organizational goals, ensuring materials are accessible, and managing timelines and budgets.

The candidate will guide employees through trainings, hire and coordinate external trainers, and assess training effectiveness, making improvements to maximize impact across functions.

Formación

• Plan, implement and oversee all the learning and development activities within a company
• Design training programs that are pertinent to certain roles or organisational goals in a company
• Ensure that learning materials and resources are easily and readily available to the learners
• Manage other aspects of learning, such as timelines and budgets, as a learning and development manager
• Assist, guide and advise employees who are undergoing training programs or who want to explore learning opportunities
• Hire learning and development specialists and be a point of contact between the company and the external trainers
• Assess the success and effectiveness of the training plans and make appropriate changes to them to further enhance their results within the scope of the learning and development manager role
• Personally conduct and facilitate training programs across functional, behavioral, leadership, and soft-skill areas.
• Adapt the training style according to the audience and their level of understanding.
