Job summary

Yashoda Hospitals invites an experienced L&D leader to oversee the Learning & Development function across the hospital. You will identify training needs, design impactful programs, and drive leadership, functional and behavioural training to elevate performance.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will build a learning culture, manage calendars and initiatives, measure outcomes, and partner with department heads to align learning with business goals and patient care excellence.
