Job summary

Brick&Bolt is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to design, implement, and manage learning initiatives that enhance employee capabilities, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance.

You will partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps, build learning strategies, and measure training impact across functions. The role requires leading onboarding, leadership development, and high-potential programs while overseeing LMS and digital content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Master's degree/MBA preferred.
• 5–12 years in Learning & Development, Talent/Organizational Development.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership, behavioral, and functional training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's Learning & Development strategy.
• Conduct TNA across functions and levels; design annual learning calendars.
• Identify skill gaps; design onboarding, leadership and functional programs.
• Manage end-to-end training lifecycle: planning, delivery, evaluation, reporting.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to design, implement, and manage learning initiatives that enhance employee capabilities, leadership effectiveness, and overall organizational performance. The role will partner closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps, create learning strategies, and measure training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization's Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across functions and levels. Design annual learning calendars and capability-building roadmaps.

Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions. Design and implement onboarding, functional, behavioral, and leadership development programs.

Manage end-to-end training lifecycle, including planning, delivery, evaluation, and reporting.

Partner with external training vendors and consultants when required. Develop competency-based learning frameworks and career development programs.

Design leadership development and succession planning initiatives. Support high-potential employee development programs.

Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and career progression initiatives. Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.

Oversee creation and maintenance of training content, e-learning modules, and learning resources.

Drive adoption of modern learning methodologies and technologies. Track and report learning effectiveness using defined KPIs.

Measure training impact through assessments, feedback, performance metrics, and business outcomes.

Present learning dashboards and ROI analysis to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Master's degree/MBA preferred.

5 to 12 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.

Experience in designing and delivering leadership, behavioral, and functional training programs
