Job summary

Aurigene Oncology Limited. (a Dr. Reddy's Subsidiary) in Bengaluru, India, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals. You will partner with leaders, drive end-to-end L&D initiatives, manage onboarding, performance processes, and employee lifecycle activities.

You will analyze people data, support succession planning, engagement initiatives, and ensure policy compliance while continuously improving HR processes and the employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner for employees and managers, providing guidance on people-related matters.
• Drive end-to-end Learning & Development initiatives, including training needs analysis, annual training plans, and capability building.
• Design and coordinate functional, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and business impact metrics.
• Manage core HR operations including employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records, HR systems, documentation, and MIS reports.
• Support performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Identify employee engagement and organizational development opportunities and implement appropriate interventions.
• Provide HR insights and analytics to business leaders to support workforce planning and people-related decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR processes, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, employee experience, learning initiatives, and business partnering effectiveness.
