We are hiring a learning & development professional to design onboarding, develop training content, run sessions with sales teams, and coordinate programs across the org. This role offers high ownership and rapid career growth in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and regularly update training content for onboarding, process training, and sales enablement programs
• Plan and deliver onboarding and role-based training sessions with interactive activities
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify challenges and develop relevant content
• Support capability building through mock calls, feedback, and refresher trainings
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage training schedules and trackers

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and regularly update training content for onboarding, process training, and sales enablement programs, along with creating engaging materials such as presentations, SOPs, playbooks, and assessments.
• Plan and deliver onboarding and role-based training sessions, while facilitating interactive and outcome-driven sessions using activities, case studies, and role-based exercises.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify challenges and develop relevant content, while supporting capability building through mock calls, feedback, and refresher trainings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage training schedules and trackers, and ensure training resources are organized and accessible.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, and continuously improve content quality, delivery methods, and domain knowledge.
