Job summary

Futurense Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a Talent Growth Architect to enable the success of the Business Development Associate team. This cross-functional role combines training, QA, program management, and operations, and will oversee a small team of three interns focused on LSQ hygiene, referrals, and call audits.

You will partner with Recruitment, Sales, and Operations to standardize processes, create training materials and SOPs, track effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Training, Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or Quality.
• Experience in EdTech, Inside Sales, or Business Development training is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as LeadSquared is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train BDA interns and new hires.
• Deliver product, sales, and process training.
• Conduct call audits and provide quality feedback to improve conversions.
• Manage three interns handling LSQ hygiene, referrals, and call audits.
• Own and manage the Employee Referral Program and Community Program.
• Track training effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, Sales, and Operations for smooth onboarding and continuous improvement.

As a Talent Growth Architect (TGA), you will play a key role in enabling the success of our Business Development Associate (BDA) team.
