Job summary

TravClan, a Delhi-based B2B travel tech startup, seeks a proactive community liaison for a 6‑month internship. You will be the sole point of contact for 100–200 business accounts, educate members about TravClan, and work with finance, product and marketing to build better processes, products, and reach.

Office is in Connaught Place, Delhi. Availability for 6 days a week with 4–5 hours of calls daily. Stipend starts at INR 25,000 and can rise to INR 40,000 by month six.

Responsibilities

• Manage a community of 100-200 business accounts and be the sole point of contact.
• Coordinate with finance, product and marketing to build better processes, products, and reach.
• Healthy retention of agents while growing the volume of Agent's business through TravClan.
• Address agent payments, services, and product grievances.
• Host country-wide offline and online events & meet-ups.

Job Requirements

• Sole point of contact in building and managing a highly engaged community of business entrepreneurs/ agents.
• Educating members about TravClan and managing 100-200 business accounts.
• Working in close interface with the finance, product and marketing team to build better processes, products and reach, respectively.
• Healthy retention of agents while growing the volume of Agent's business through TravClan
• Ensuring customer delight while managing Agent's grievances related to payments, services, products, etc.
• Effectively managing feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
• Hosting country-wide offline and online events & meet-ups of members from time to time.
