Job summary

TravClan Technology India is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to design and deliver training programs that align with business goals. You will work with HR, Operations and leadership to identify skill gaps, develop onboarding, and track progress.

The role requires 3+ years in L&D, startup experience preferred, and strong public speaking and collaboration skills to drive employee growth and a culture of learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development.
• Startup experience preferred.
• Strong educational background or demonstrated ability to outperform in previous roles.

Learning and Development Manager at TravClan is a key role focused on helping employees grow and improve. The ideal candidate will create and deliver training programs, track employee progress, and build a culture of learning. This role involves working closely with different teams to make sure the training supports company goals and helps employees develop their skills for career growth.

• Fast Appraisal - Despite Covid, we had appraisals in 6 months in Jan & July 2020

• Prior Startup experience preferred
