You will mentor a team of recruiters and drive delivery for high-impact roles. You will own strategic sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, social media and internal networks, oversee full-cycle recruitment, and track KPIs while collaborating with department heads to align staffing with business needs and culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Advanced knowledge of ATS software (e.g., Workday, Lever), HRIS, and Boolean search strings.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills are essential for managing both candidates and team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal networks.
• Oversee the end-to-end process, from defining role requirements with hiring managers to extending offers and managing onboarding.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to identify bottlenecks and report progress to senior management.
• Partner with department heads to understand their specific staffing needs and cultural requirements.
