GlobalHunt is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant/Manager (Individual Contributor) to lead leadership hiring and drive end-to-end recruitment processes. The role focuses on engaging CXO/VP-level stakeholders, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality placements.

You will gather market intelligence, manage candidate engagements, and meet revenue targets while maintaining adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience managing mid-senior and leadership roles (mandatory).
• Ability to handle diverse recruiting needs in fast-paced, proactive environments.
• Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making & people management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against each opportunity received.
• Gather and analyse market intelligence.
• Identify and engage CXO/VP/functional heads of target organisations.
• Nurture client relationships and ensure seamless delivery.
• Conduct regular service meetings with clients to address concerns and staffing needs.
• Manage end-to-end engagement with candidates and clients through placement.
• Prepare job descriptions, candidate reports and progress reports.
• Adhere to process, time and quality guidelines.
• Drive recruitment metrics (Time to Fill, TAT, quality, offer-joinee ratio).
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets through planning and delivery.

Job Description

• Accountable for delivery against each opportunity received.
• Strong acumen for gathering and analysing market intelligence.
• Identify, establish contact and maintain relationships with CXO/VP/Functional heads of the prospective organisations.
• Nurturing client relationship and developing trust and confidence with seamless delivery.
• Regular service meetings with the existing clients to understand and address their concerns and partnering with them for their manpower needs.
• Manage engagement with the candidates and client through the entire process till the final placement at the clients organization.
• Prepare job descriptions, incisive candidate reports and progress reports.
• Meet the process, time and quality guidelines.
• Driving daily/weekly/monthly recruitment metrics (Time to Fill Ratio, TAT, Quality, Offer-Joinee ratio, etc.)
• Meeting and exceeding the monthly revenue targets through effective planning & efficient delivery.
