Job summary

Page Industries Ltd seeks a Visual Merchandiser with strong VM design experience to shape in-store communication, fixtures and retail identity across campaigns. You will develop concepts, coordinate vendors, manage budgets and ensure quality checks during installations.

You will lead event and kiosk design, plan planograms, and review store execution with regional VM teams, maintaining brand consistency and high presentation standards.

Job description

• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, illustrations and prototypes aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
• Manage budgets, approvals, production artwork, vendor coordination and regional implementation.
• Finalize styling and product placement, conduct quality checks and document completed installations.

In-Store Communication (ISC)

• Design posters, shelf talkers, signages, POS materials and other in-store communication assets.
• Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork and print files.
• Coordinate timely production, store execution and completion reports.

VM Fixtures and Retail Identity Design

• Lead the design and execution of retail identity projects, ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints.
• Develop fixture concepts and prototypes, estimate costs and brief vendors and execution teams.
• Conduct quality inspections, review fixture performance and recommend improvements.

Marketing Events & Kiosk Design

• Develop creative concepts, design proposals and prototypes for events and kiosks.
• Prepare budgets, negotiate with vendors and coordinate fabrication and installation.
• Oversee event execution and dismantling in collaboration with regional VM teams.

Trade Show design

• Design trade show fixtures and enhance existing setups.
• Create relevant communication artwork for trade show environments.
• Develop planograms and elevations to support effective execution.

Store Visits & VM Audits

• Conduct regular store visits and audit VM execution against approved guidelines.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare and submit store visit and audit reports.

VM Design

• Strong design expertise with sound knowledge of materials, typography, colour, form and texture.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator and 2D/3D conceptualization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with passion for VM and awareness of current market trends.
