Responsibilities

• Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies per brand guidelines and store needs.
• Create attractive product displays to enhance customer experience and sales.
• Set up window and in-store displays, product presentations, and promo fixtures.
• Maintain product placement, color coordination, and VM standards store-wide.
• Monitor and uphold VM standards across assigned stores.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Retail teams for VM implementation.
• Ensure new collections, promotions, campaigns, and seasonal displays are on time.
• Visit stores regularly to identify opportunities to improve visuals.
• Track competitor displays and market trends for fresh VM ideas.
• Ensure proper signage, props, fixtures, mannequins, and VM materials usage.
• Support business with displays that boost customer engagement and sales.
• Maintain consistency in brand image and visual identity across stores.
