Job description

Key Responsibilities

VM Standards Execution

• Ensure adherence to VM manuals and seasonal VM dockets across stores
• Execute window, focal point, and planogram guidelines consistently
• Audit nontrading and visual props for quantity, quality, and standards
• Recommend merchandise display solutions during option/SMS shortfalls
• Track ROS and optimize displays in consultation with the Regional VM Manager
• Conduct competitor analysis and market trend studies to improve conversions
• Execute signage placements and formats as per seasonal guidelines
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotions and campaigns
• Introduce regionspecific VM ideas for festivals and special promotions

VM Process Adherence

• Analyze basket size and suggest VMled improvements
• Audit mannequins and share feedback for corrective actions
• Prepare and submit store visit reports within defined timelines
• Ensure consistency of VM standards across all stores
• Implement styling changes as per defined timelines
• Prepare VM expense estimates, take approvals, and maintain expense MIS
• Support and train store operations teams on VM and merchandise display standards

New Store Openings

• Conduct competitor analysis prior to store launches
• Execute new store VM plans and ensure VM readiness
• Ensure adherence to Gantt chart milestones

Vendor Management

• Monitor vendor performance on timelines and quality
• Support vendor identification and onboarding
• Process vendor bills as per SOPs and SLAs
