Job summary

DMart in Maharashtra seeks a graphic designer to create and adapt materials for VM collaterals for in-store, on-store and outdoor communications and branding.

You will design banners, posters, leaflets, PPTs and print ads, manage multiple projects, retouch images, and ensure brand guidelines across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and InDesign.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Solid understanding of layouts, typography, print and web.
• Strong portfolio across a range of creative projects.
• Ability to plan daily tasks and support marketing team.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities for Graphic Designer

• Creating and adapting various materials for VM collaterals for in-store, on-store and outdoor communications and branding.


• Creating and adapting of all artworks of campaign banners, standee, Posters, branding etc. in all the stores.


• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.


• Perform retouching and manipulation of images.


• Ideate and adapt leaflet designs, PPT, Collaterals, outdoor ads and Print Ads as per the brief and brand guidelines.


• Select colors, images, text style, and layout for all the required creatives.


• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics & layouts.


• Understand and visualize the requirements, brainstorm and deliver fresh new creatives based on the brief given.


• Incorporate changes recommended into the design.


• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.


• Coordinating and working as team with Marketing.


• Ability to research designs, thoughts.

Qualifications for Graphic Designer

• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software


• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field


• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design


• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web


• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects


• Organizational skills are required to plan daily tasks and meet the needs of the marketing team
