Job summary

Guidehouse in Chennai seeks an experienced Lead Trainer – Voice & Accent to deliver and optimize English language training for new hires and staff. You will coach on pronunciation, intonation, grammar, and cultural communication, with emphasis on American/neutral accents.

Responsiveness to feedback, content customization, and alignment with Quality and Operations teams are essential. You’ll work in US shift timings and leverage LMS tools to track progress and drive improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of American or neutral accent.
• Minimum five years of experience in voice and accent training, preferably in BPO or corporate environments.
• Experience with training delivery, curriculum development, and feedback handling.

Responsibilities
