Job summary

Synoptek is seeking an experienced CRM Technical Lead in India to drive the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise CRM solutions. You will provide technical leadership, mentor teams, collaborate with consultants and architects, and ensure scalable, high-quality CRM applications.

The role involves leading deployments, CI/CD processes, and working with cross-functional teams across locations including Ahmedabad and Pune. 6 to 10 years of CRM experience is preferred.
