Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India invites applications for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with 5-8 years of experience. You will design, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions and support Power Platform workflows in a full-time, nationwide role.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, implement secure CRM configurations, and drive migrations and upgrades. Strong C#, plugin and workflow expertise is essential for delivering scalable CRM projects.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE development.
• Strong experience in C#.
• Plugins development experience.
• Custom Workflow Activities development experience.
• Proficient in Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience with Web API / REST Services.
• Experience with Azure Services (Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus) preferred.
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 security model and solution management.
• Experience in CRM migrations and upgrades is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
