Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced CRM Technical Lead to manage and optimize the Dynamics 365/Power Platform environment from Bengaluru. You will design model-driven apps, handle CRM customizations, and develop Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes.

Lead a technical team, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure best practices are followed. Strong communication and leadership are essential for driving system excellence and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on CRM experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Power Automate and Canvas Apps.
• Solid understanding of entities, customization, and OOB features.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
• Nice to have: Dynamics 365 certifications.
