Job summary

Hitachi Solutions Germany is looking for an experienced professional in India to lead teams in delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and D365. With at least 8 years of experience in CRM projects, you will manage client communications and delegate tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills in ASP.NET and a comprehensive understanding of Azure tools. A BE/MCA or equivalent degree in computer science is required for this role.

Team/Project Lead Responsibilities

• Understand functional design and provide a technical architecture that will meet functional design
• Ability to read a software requirement and produce a technical specification
• Ensure that there are complete unit tests for every component or task
• Develop required functionality and features by coding on .NET platform & Internal Framework
• Review code and ensure it conforms to standards
• Help improve quality of existing code base
• Ensure project is complete according to written specifications with communication and teamwork
• Follow best practices while coding [.NET & Microsoft Dynamics CRM]
• Ensure that code is scalable for high performance scenarios

Qualifications

• Professional Attributes: Minimum 8 years in MS CRM or Dynamics 365 experience in leading one or more projects and teams, responsible for delivery, experience in managing client communication and delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
• At least 2 years of experience developing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Must be able to lead team and project
• Strong understanding of the CRM Platform (Scripting, Plugins, Workflows, Dialogs, Client Extensions, SDK)
• Good understanding of D365 with working experience
• Good understanding of Power Apps and PCF Controls
• Good understanding of CRM Functional Modules
• Knowledge in Field Service and Project Service
• Strong knowledge of Azure tools like Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, CI/CD Pipeline etc.
• Good understanding of SSRS and CRM Reports
• Strong and proven ASP.NET programming using C# (MVC, Web API), database concepts, OO analysis and design under SDLC environment

Additional Skills

• Copilot Studio and/or Azure AI Foundry experience
