Job summary

Vipany Global Solutions is seeking a Research Lead to drive market mapping, talent intelligence, and data-driven sourcing initiatives. You will collaborate with recruiters and TA leads, map markets, gather intelligence on targeted talent pools, and guide the team to quality data delivery.

You will engage with clients for requirements, analyze data trends, and present insights through reports and presentations, leveraging AI tools and PowerPoint to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years research experience
• 2 years team leadership experience
• Proficient in primary and secondary research techniques
• Creating and implementing sourcing/mapping strategies
• Strong English written and verbal skills

Responsibilities

• Work with Recruiters and TA Leads to provide leadership search engagement support via market mapping, industry research and insights.
• Gather data on target companies and assign mapping tasks to the team.
• Map markets and gather intelligence around talent pools to identify top talent.
• Make data-driven sourcing decisions and identify patterns, including automation opportunities.
• Find and engage candidates via social platforms and public domains; collect contact details as needed.
• Monitor team performance and report to leadership daily.
• Ensure data quality and relevance; engage with clients for requirements and updates.
• Generate Market/Talent Reports.

Job Role Research Lead

What you will do?

• Work closely with Recruiters and TA Leads to provide leadership search engagement support in the form of market mapping, industry research and insights.
• Gather Data on Target companies to be mapped according to the requirement and assign mapping tasks to the team.
• Map out individual markets and gather intelligence around specific talent pools, using that knowledge to identify top talent
• Make data driven sourcing decisions understand how to identify data / profiles on the web finding patterns and working on automation
• Find and engage with candidates using Social platforms, public domains, and alternative search techniques
• Find contact details of both candidates and business prospects as per requirement.
• Monitor Team Performance and reporting to the higher authorities daily.
• Ensure accountability for quality and relevance of data
• Engage with clients for requirement gathering and timely updates
• Generate Market/Talent Reports

What we are looking for?

• 4+ years research experience and 2 years team leadership experience
• Proficient in primary and secondary research techniques
• Creating and implementing sourcing/mapping strategies
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruitment leads, hiring managers and candidates
• Hands on experience in of AI tools & Presentation skills, preferably PowerPoint
• Data driven individual
• Ready to source and lead by example
• Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skills
• Strong English written and verbal skills
